Ask your crop hostess about the rules in regards to drinks in the crop room. If permitted, use a Tag-a-long or similar type of holder that attaches to the side of the table to hold your covered drink.

Use your table to store your rolling totes underneath. Fire Codes usually require that aisles remain clear at ALL times. Stagger your chair so that you are not DIRECTLY in front of the person behind you.

Don’t borrow tools or supplies from other croppers without permission. If that person is not in the room, wait until they return and ask them personally.

Be sure to label all of your scrapbook supplies so they do not get lost. We all tend to use the same products.

Keep your personal items secure at all times. Your crop hostess is not responsible for lost items. Leave your purse locked inside your hotel room safe or keep it with you at all times.

Hammering is a nuisance!! If you don't have a Crop-a-Dial or Silent Setter, borrow one! Or leave your eyelets at home!

Out of concern for asthmatic attendees, refrain from using spray adhesives.

What to bring:
Now that you have page-planned – you should be able to leave most of your stash at home!!! You wont need extra patterned paper, cardstock – or embellishments. Leave your stash of stickers, flowers, felt, ribbon, stamps and chipboard at home!!!! Sorting through all of that clutter at the crop will just take away from time that you could be scrapping!! It’s ok to bring a jar or two of extra brads buttons or smaller items – but leave the BIG STUFF at home!

Bring a small tool caddy for items that you commonly use:

Light Weight paper Trimmer! Replacement Blades.
Ruler – metal and clear plastic
Scissors – one or two pair of decorative scissors and precision cutting scissors.
Circle cutter (if needed)
One or two punches – circle/square – most commonly used. Leave your entire collection at home.
Craft Knife and Mat – replacement blades.
ADHESIVE – (include glue, glue dots and dimensional foam)
Files if covering chipboard.
One or two good journaling pens – I recommend Brown and Black.
Crop-a dial or hole punch if needed
Crystal Effects or diamond glaze if needed.
Un-do or adhesive remover for accidents!
Distresser – if needed
One or two distressing inks. You don’t need your WHOLE stash.
Travel size Baby wipes

An art bin for completed layouts.

Collapsible waste bin.

Frequently used solid cardstock – 5 sheets of Black, Chocolate, White

Try and select a FEW stickles that coordinate with the projects you are bringing. Avoid bringing your ENTIRE stash.

Craft mat for your station to protect the table.

Paint - If you are bringing acrylic paint for chipboard…only bring what will coordinate with the page kits you’ve assembled. Bring one or two foam brushes and a reusable paint tray. Keep paint in a sealed ziplock bag or container to avoid accidents while traveling.
Check with your crop hostess about electrical use and try to leave behind sewing machines and full size die cut machines. Page-Plan and cut titles and die cuts in advance!

Don’t forget your Ott Light – if permitted!

Everything that I needed for this weekend crop fit inside ONE 25lb box. Including 30 page kits (see blog)!!!!!

Don’t forget – Arnie’s is down the street in case you forget something!!!
