Weekly Check In...

Sorry about the late check in this week. I know I usually post something scrappy on Mondays - but have NOTHING NEW to share from the weekend. I had a WONDERFUL time hanging out with the kids and celebrating valentines with my hubby.

My evening scrap time has been EXTREMELY limited as my DVR has been LOADED up with fave shows to watch with the hubby on weeknights.

American Idol Standouts!!! My hubby and I were instant fans of Danny Gokey, not just because of his own personal tragedy - that he sings REALLY WELL - and had a best friend auditioning with him - but because he looks JUST LIKE Robert Downey Jr. and we have only ever called him that. I had to look up what his actual name was!!! Our other standout fave is Adam Lambert - or who I like to call Emo Broadway Guy. Again, I had to look up his actual name. We have NO GIRL faves at this time - and my husband has revoked Tatiana's Puerto Rican nationality. We've nicknamed her Histrionic Girl.

Moving on to my other #1 fave show - AMAZING RACE!!!! This season snuck up on me! Which was a sweet suprise. Margie & Luke Immediately stuck out in our minds as the team to root for - and low and behold they pulled out a 1st place win!! Very exciting! Too bad the redneck team wasnt eliminated. I dont know how much more of her whining Im going to be able to tolerate.

Moving on -

Another suprise DVR find - a NEW SEASON OF SURVIVOR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring it on!!!! Early front runner in my eyes TYSON - Im going to love his antics this season. I hope the other cast members love them too!
