Scrapbook Paradise Weekend

Fresh off of 17 hours of cropping this weekend and I have 10 NEW LAYOUTS to share with you!!! Ya might want to get some coffee first. ....

Fist up to the plate -

I couldnt wait to scrap my first digi photo collage. Big thanks to Karen Spears for gifting me the ENTIRE Rusty Pickle White Chocolate Bunnies line of paper & embellies. The printed tape on the left side of the page is prima. I added kaiser pearls to the flower clusters for softness.

Next up - again using the same Rusty Pickle line - I did this layout of Manny enjoying his Tony's Giant Banana Split. The papers/embellies worked well in this LO about Ice Cream. I added the Making Memories felt buttons to play on the softness of the ice cream.

Another Photo Collage. This Fair Play layout was done using two horizontal digital photo collages. I used Tinkering Ink pp to accent the bright colors of the photos. Other products used were Queen & Co Felt Fusion, Prima Flowers, Doodlebug Centers, Heidi Swapp Ghost Leaves, & Cloud 9 chipboard letters.

Using scraps from the above layout I did this quickie page about my kids' love for CROCS. I'm sure as they grow older, crocs will be a distant memory - after all, crocs are the new Jellies! I just used plain white cardstock and added a couple of strips of coordinating patterned paper. Best of all the Tink Ink embellies are RUBBER and really do look like CROCS material!

This photo was paired with the Basic Grey Infusion line. The colors were very complimentary, and had the "nature" feel I was looking for. I chose to reverse mat the this page and use the coordinating die cuts to frame the photo. The Coaster letters were lined with stickles, as are the die cut embellishments. I added a coordinating prima journaling card which details Delia's natural beauty and grace.

This next layout is a scraplift of myself. You'll remember I did a similar "tadpole" layout of my son with this line of paper. I added one of Tessa Ann's Etsy frames to accent my title. Several flower and felt buttons were added to accent the colors of the paper and raft. The chipboard letters are Fancy Pants.

As soon as I saw this Around the Block paper I new EXACTLY which photo and title I wanted to use it for. This is Manny's first day of pre school and as the title states, he was off to a great start. I found these ADORABLE felt embellishments and used a couple of strips of KI Memories striped paper to tie in the colors of the felt with the pp.

Bring on the old!!!! In an effort to "scrap my stash" I busted out with some old Basic Grey Pheobe pp and Chip Chatter oversized letters. I covered the letters with coordinating phoebe solid, and stickled the edges. I used prima whispers to play on the transparency of the bubbles in the photo. The heart background is Bazzill.

This layout is as lovely as my stepdaughter in the photo!! I've had this Crate Paper collection for quite some time, and I think it was MADE for this photo.
Photobucket
The flowers and crystals are Prima, and the dragonfly is a Glimmer Chip, misted with coffee Glimmer mist and stickled.
